Need to make a return?

How long do I need to wait to return the item?

You may return most new, unopened items within30 days of delivery.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

  • Quality-related issues (incorrect, defective, or damaged items): We cover the return shipping cost.
  • Non-quality issues (e.g., change of mind, not as expected): A $9.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

How do I begin the return process?

When can I receive my refund?

We initiate your refund immediately upon the approval of your request to refund. You will typically receive your refund within 8-10 business days.

If you haven't received a refund yet, please contact your credit card issuing company and your bank, as they often take additional times to process refunds.

Some things to note

  • All returned products must be unwashed in original condition with product tags attached.
  • Remember to take extra care to pack your return package properly, so they don't get damaged on the way - we are not responsible for any returns until they reach our return address. Please also make sure to get proof of postage for reference in case you need to check the status with the carrier before it reaches us.
  • Gift cards and items marked as flash sales, final sales & special sales are not eligible for returns or exchanges and will not be refunded.
  • Sets cannot be refunded individually.
  • Please note if you made a purchase with a combination of a coupon and regular form of payment, only the amount exceeding the coupon value is refundable. Coupons usually cannot be recovered, but always feel free to contact our customer care team for more detailed information about each kind of coupon

Our customer care team will notify you of the decision of your request to refund by e-mail. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within two business days.

No, Niceplus provides free shipping for all orders.

How will my package be shipped?

Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out Niceplus products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers.

Can I change the shipping address after my package has been shipped?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is on the way.
